Conrad is the founder of WashWise Academy, a coaching and training platform dedicated to helping carwash owners grow their businesses through proven systems, leadership development, and operational structure.

Prior to launching WashWise Academy, Conrad spent more than a decade with Rocket Car Wash, where he played a key role in scaling the company from a single location to 28 locations as Vice President. During that time, he focused on building the systems, processes, and teams that drove consistent growth and operational excellence.

Today, Conrad works directly with carwash operators across the country to increase memberships, improve retention, strengthen leadership, and build more profitable, scalable operations.

As a member of the Heartland Carwash Association Board, Conrad looks forward to both contributing to and learning from a strong network of industry professionals. He also plans to extend the reach of the association by encouraging WashWise Academy members nationwide to attend events, share best practices, and engage with the Heartland community.
