In the past, to attend all 3 shows, vendors were shipping to each show and back home after each show, a total of 6 shipping charges. Heartland Express reduces that to 4 shipping charges to attend all three shows!!!
How does it work
You ship from home to the SW Show, after the show ABF ships your exhibit to the HCA Show and warehouses your display until time to deliver it there, after the HCA show ABF will ship to the ICA Show and again warehouse until time to deliver to the ICA Show, after the ICA Show ABF will ship your exhibit home. Reducing your cost to 4 shipments.
Additional Savings
Because ABF will be consolidating all vendor freight and combining them into Full Truckload Shipments, Vendors realize the savings of not paying LTL (less than full truckload) rates.
What are the warehousing Costs
ABF is providing 30-days free warehousing in-between shows and will coordinate with the Decorator contacts for each show to ensure timely delivery to your booth space.
Will my Display be safe
ABF has enough trailers so that once your Display arrives at the next Show City, it will remain on the trailer until delivered to the next show venue. That way your Display is not handled multiple times, risking damages and it will be in a secure ABF Facility, locked in the trailer.
What if we have questions while we are at the show
ABF will have people on-site at all three shows to answer questions and assist with your shipments.
